This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with LITTLE HIVE SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601029790 (1691885-W)), referred to as “Little Hive”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order before the order has been processed, packed or handed over to the courier.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
Your full name;
Order number;
Contact number; and
Reason for cancellation.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
If the order has already entered the packing or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Cancellation After Order Has Been Shipped
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or marked as shipped, the order cannot normally be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, any return or refund request will be handled in accordance with our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping fees or other charges already incurred may not be refundable.
3. Cancellation of Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products may be subject to different cancellation terms.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, promotion or order confirmation, cancellation of a pre-order may only be accepted before the order has been confirmed or prepared for fulfilment.
Once stock has been reserved, ordered or allocated specifically for your order, we may not be able to approve a cancellation.
Any special cancellation conditions for pre-order items will be stated at the time of purchase where applicable.
4. Promotional and Discounted Orders
Orders placed during:
Sales campaigns;
Clearance promotions;
Flash sales;
Special promotional events; or
Limited-time offers
may be subject to specific cancellation conditions.
Where special cancellation terms apply, they will be stated in the relevant promotion or product information.
5. Cancellation by Little Hive
We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
The product is unavailable or out of stock;
There is an error in the product price, description or availability;
Payment cannot be verified;
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or outside our delivery area;
The order cannot be fulfilled due to operational or supply issues; or
We are unable to complete the order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order, subject to the original payment method and applicable processing requirements.
6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Where a cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will generally be returned using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
Your bank;
Credit or debit card provider;
E-wallet provider;
Payment gateway; or
Other payment service provider.
Any processing or transaction fees that are non-refundable by the payment provider may, where permitted, be excluded from the refund.
7. Cash on Delivery Orders
Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers should only place an order if they genuinely intend to accept and pay for the delivery.
Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future orders where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse.
8. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to cancel the duplicate order where it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the duplicate order has been dispatched, normal return and refund conditions may apply.
9. Changes to an Order
Requests to change:
Product type;
Product variation;
Quantity;
Delivery address; or
Other order details
should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will try to accommodate changes where reasonably possible.
However, once the order has been processed, packed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the customer may need to place a new order, and any applicable shipping or return charges may apply.
10. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior approval from Little Hive, the order will not automatically be treated as a valid cancellation.
Any refund, if applicable, may be subject to:
Original shipping charges;
Return shipping charges;
Courier fees; and
Other reasonable costs already incurred in fulfilling the order.
11. Cancellation Due to Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
A delivery delay does not automatically entitle an order to cancellation once the parcel has already been shipped.
If there is a significant delivery issue, please contact us and we will review the matter based on the circumstances.
12. How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status of the order at the time the request is received.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our operations, services or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on our website or landing page together with the updated “Last Updated” date.
